About Troy

Troy is a go-getter. He not only has the knowledge, but the willpower to make your real estate journey as easy as 1, 2, 3! He specializes in first-time buyers, listing properties of all price points, a buyers agent, and investment properties. Troy also has connections to everything imaginable; from basic handyman services to full blown remodels and everything in between. Troy prides himself on working with some of the top people in Northern Arizona Real Estate, which includes top lenders, title & escrow companies, and home inspectors. About me:

I am a Flagstaff local of 25+ years. I went to school at Cromer Elementary in Doney Park where I was raised, followed by Mount Elden Middle School, and finished off at Coconino High School. I currently live in Flagstaff where I actively invest in real estate, and have three wonderful dogs. I can often be found going on a hike with them or exploring a new forest road. When the weather in Flagstaff is nice, I enjoy my days at community events such as the farmers market, First Friday Art Walks, concerts in the park, and more. I am a huge supporter of local businesses and eateries; ask me for some of my favorites!

As mentioned above, I am both a homeowner and a real estate investor in Flagstaff. I started my real estate journey at 22 years old. I know the challenges and reservations of jumping into the real estate market. I am here for you to use as a resource.
